We hereby warmly invite our members to our annual General Assembly which will take place in Antwerp, hosted by Lantis.


The overall program looks as follows:

19h00 – 21h00:    Membership dinner (@Octave)

Technical visit  (15-17h)

Together with you, we will discover the urban revolution as we explore Park and Ride (P+R) Linkeroever. Bid farewell to parking hassles and experience seamless transport options at the border of Antwerp. P+R's (or as some like to call it "transfer machines") are key for multimodality and MaaS. Join us for this technical visit hosted by Lantis.


General Assembly (17h30-19h)

This will take place at Octave - Chocolate Nation (Koningin Astridplein 7 Antwerp).

  • Welcome by host (Bart Van Camp, Chief relations officer Lantis)
  • Welcome by Geert Markey (Chairman & Peter Van der Perre (Director
  • Presentation of activities and accounts of fiscal year 2023, followed by discussion and approval of the accounts
  • Acquitance of current Board Members and election of new Members
  • Discussion and approval of the business plan 2024


Membership dinner (19h-21h)

The Membership dinner will take place at Octave - Chocolate Nation (Koningin Astridplein 7 Antwerp).

Large member organisations get 2 free dinner tickets, SME's will get 1 ticket. Please note the maximum groupe size of 70 persons.

When inscribing, you can choose your preferred menu.

Registrations for the dinner will close on Monday 4 March 12h.





All locations can easily be reached by public transport. Octave is located at tramline stop ASTRID and in front of the Antwerp Central train stration.

Tramlines 3 & 5 are directly connected with P+R Linkeroever (25min).

Using the P+R by car costs only €1 a day. We encourage to use the combiticket of De Lijn (€5) which contains the parking fee and 2 tramtickets. This combiticket can be bought in the De Lijn app.
